Random Pictures

These where taken with my friend owner of Honda S2000-

Wash, Gas, and Test? and pictures

Well i will post another 2marrow to let yall know how everything goes. I plan on washing, filling the tank back up, and maybe(a big maybe) test the car w/ new strut bar... I have to check out how the car reacts to the whole day until that point, then i'll think about it. But i will be making a few calls to get some things together. Again i will repost later.

But here are some pictures of my rear spoiler not yet installed(waiting for a paint job), more strut bar pics, inside and outs.

My Opinion

About the whiteline bar:

The bar is crazy sick. I had installed it (not knowing if I should put the washers on the bottom of the strut-bar mount or above it {with the nuts atop of them}) in under 15minutes... adjusting and getting tools to tighten, etc.,

So currently the bar mounts are sitting atop of the washers:
CHASSIS|WASHERS|STRUT-TOWER MOUNT|NUTS

I test drove it anyways ;) Whether or not this strut bar is installed correctly, it does make a difference! There is almost no sway during large sweeping turns, high-speed or low-speed. It is beautiful (note: new springs and struts equipped) - It makes me miss RWD even more (I drive a gas saver for now)...

During gas and braking, I felt little to no difference (of course), but even little left and little right turns it feels very rigid, something I have never felt with the TR. This is all I believe my brother should do until he polishes his driving (IMO he should have tasted more body roll in the beginning, but we HAD to replace the suspension for saftey reasons)... This is perfect for him to play with, and I THINK the washers should go on top no more that I think about it... I wonder if it will be even better (stiffer!)...

Note on Whiteline: I love Whiteline. I used them on my sway bar for my 76 ra29 Celica; awesome difference, even though many said the solid-rear-axle car won't change that much with a rear sway bar. Now WL has done it again on our old-school car tuning possibilities. High quality, easy installation {even though I have to guess how to install these pieces as there are no instructions! >:( } WL sway bars will definatley be in the future of this Victory edition.

As of July 30, 2005

Okay, new update. So my Triumph left me stranded at school... haha. I had to have it towed after all else failed. It has had this problem of constant weak starting. I thought it was the starter or the battery, but with TR7's who knows. So i linked up to my awsome help forum. Thanks to these guys, they really gave me some things to think about. But i didn't listen to the first thing, which was to check all the wires, make sure ends we're not in the condition I found them in. So i purchase a starter- $160(retured same day), then i find a Jag mechanic which knows a good amount of in's and out's of Triumphs, so it turns out just bad wires... which was cleaned very quickly, and it was back on the road. Later due to the unknown amount of fuel i have in my car(Float system not working properly), I try to leave home. But nothing. I come to the conclusion after a few minutes of confused anger, that the day i took it to school i was going to be heading to get gas... wooow, i head off to get that emergancy gas tank full and fill up my car. Im once again, back on the road.

Did I furget to mention that about two or three months ago my brother ordered a Strut Tower Bar for me? Ohh, so nice. From, White Line too! This thing is sooo cooool! So after I input the spair gas, I do a little installation, very easy of the Strut Bar. This thing is, man, too sick. So i take it for a "Test Drive" my brother and I are just so blown away at this. Turns are just to much fun. The bar just increases stability by who knows, the most performance increase is from faster turns. Boy o Boy, I am just thrilled this is back on the road. Two weeks of driving a bug was holding back to much, once i got back on the road with the TR nothing but a big grin was on my face. So thats the update as of July 30, 2005.
